03 What each entry records
- The publication, its date and its URL.
- Which Makefield work it cites, and the claim it takes from it, quoted.
- Whether that claim represents the source: accurate, partly accurate, misrepresents, or cannot tell. The judgement is made against the cited page as it stood on the citation’s date, using the site’s dated change record.
04 Rules
